  • We normally dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders to the United Kingdom have an estimated delivery time of ten working days. If you have purchased from our pre orders we will contact you as soon your order is in stock and ready to be dispatched.

  • At the moment we only ship to customers inside the United Kingdom.

    If you are from outside the UK but would like to purchase our ems products, then please get in contact with us directly.

  • We aim to provide refunds as soon as our team has received the returned parcel. However, it can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

    Once we have received and accepted your return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind that once the refund has been issued, it might take up to 3–5 business days for it to appear in your bank account.

  • ems clip is not a medical device and is not a substitute for proper allergy management, supervision, or emergency care.

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
    We will refund any product or products purchased with us provided that the item(s) are returned as new, i.e., unworn and returned with their original packaging, including the original tags.
    In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

    Please, note that customers will need to pay and arrange the return shipment themselves. Ensure that you provide your order reference number, along with all necessary information as requested by the chosen carrier.

    Please be aware that ems clip will not refund any shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes that were paid upon delivery or return.
